They asked me my name, I waited a few minutes and they hung up on me very rude service very unprofessional just for a simple just for a simple question such horrible service Delrio is a very small town. I asked for the branch manager and they told me she wasn’t there and they told me the assistant manager was there so I asked to speak with her. She is 83 years old and they gave her such a hard time not only did she provide them with all the information they asked for but then they put her on hold for like half an hour and then told her they couldn’t help her and hung up on her she tried calling several times and just got hung up on, I called later that day and was on hold for like 20 minutes so I called back again and the receptionist picked up the phone. I understand that because my name wasn’t on there even though I could provide him with all forms of her identification so she called the next day. Called the Delrio Texas branch on Main Street just to find out why there was a $25 service charge on my mom‘s account.
